1) Clinician- full-time/exempt, LCSW/LPC/LADC Location/Program: Waterbury/Adolescents Program Summary: Clinician are responsible for the direct and indirect services to behavioral health clients eligible for, seeking, or obtaining services from the agency. Clinicians are recognized for their advanced degree and are licensed. They are credentialed by the agency to assess, diagnose and treat clients. Clinicians may also be assigned responsibility for the clinical supervision of interns and/or counselors. Clinicians are usually assigned a case load that consists of 60% direct service time and 40% indirect service time. Direct service includes assessment interviews, individual, family and group counseling/therapy. Indirect service time includes receiving supervision, staff meetings, telephone calls, treatment authorizations and all paperwork associated with client care and adolescent program. This position requires schedule flexibility.
